2. The foaming agent evaluation device consists of the following systems:
1、 Gas injection metering system
a、 One route is used to inject a certain amount of Co2 high-pressure gas into the main body. The system consists of a refrigeration system, coils, storage tanks, hand-operated metering pumps, pressure gauges, etc.

b、 The other route is also used to inject a certain amount of high-pressure gas into the main body. The system consists of a gas booster pump, an air compressor, a high-pressure storage tank, a pressure regulating valve, a pressure gauge, etc.

2、 Foaming agent, oil, water injection system
Used to inject a certain volume of foaming agent, oil, water, etc. into the main body. Inject using a hand pump.

The main body is designed with two to three visible high-voltage observation windows from top to bottom, which are equipped with scales for easy observation of high readings. The main body is equipped with heating, insulation, and temperature control systems.
4、 Temperature control measurement system
To ensure uniform temperature, the heating and temperature control method is divided into two stages
Temperature control range: room temperature~200 ℃
Accuracy: ± 1 ℃
The main body is equipped with two temperature measuring probes to measure the working temperature.
5、 Pressure measurement system
The pressure is measured using a pressure transmitter with a range of 25Mpa and an accuracy of 0.25% F · S. The pressure value can be directly displayed by the secondary instrument.
6、 Cleaning system
Used for cleaning the main body and pipeline parts, consisting of a hand pump, cleaning agent tank, etc
